Family Yoga

Family Yoga is a perfect opportunity for play, exercise and creativity, while reinforcing family unity and togetherness. Bringing children and parents together on a learning journey that playfully links yoga with elements from biology, music, language, math, and visual arts; Family Yoga improves concentration, balance, helps to maintain flexibility and develops strength, as well as encourages communication, self-acceptance and personal strength.
