Cathy’s classes ongoing: Mondays and Tuesdays, 7-8:30 p.m., Thursdays, 10:30 a.m.-noon. Classes are all levels, everyone is welcome. Tuesday night’s class is dedicated to the practice of Ashtanga yoga (see below); Mondays and Thursdays, we explore yoga as a multi-disciplinary practice. Kickin' off my shoes and walkin' barefoot in the wild,

Got to find some peace, relocate my inner child,

Listenin' to the breeze as I feel sunlight on my face,

And realize that I belong here in this place.

Present in this moment all my senses come alive,

I hear the crashing waves, connect with birds & rocks & sky,

Marvelling at the smallest shell so perfect in design,

And unchanged, over all the course of time.

I slowly breathe ...

Fall to my knees.

How did I get so lost along the way?
