This will be a day of taking the essence of Indo-Tibetan wisdoms and Lineages, and making them Culturally Relative. This is a non academic approach to awakening to the relative and absolute natures.
With the foundation of your current practices, we can meet the leading edge of your path with the Indian and Tibetan Lineages, and have a look at the view in front of you. Specifically, how this transposes to us here in Nova Scotia.
Morning (9:00am – Noon)
+ Physical Yoga
+ Pranayama
+ Shamatha Vipasana Meditation
+ Discussion about the entire view of Yoga and Dharma up to the highest teachings, in simple direct language.
*This will give us the language for the afternoon discussion..
Afternoon (2:00pm - 5:00pm)
+ Physical Yoga
+ Pranayama
+Shamatha Vipasana Meditation
+ Discussion about the application of the Indo-Tibetan wisdom essences, with Cultural Relativity, in simple direct language.
*Making the practices and aspirations understandable to us. You will see where you are on the path, and the view ahead will be pointed out.
