Hatha Yoga for Beginners - Basic Kripalu Yoga Instruction
Develop a personal practice in Kripalu yoga. During the eight-week beginner series, students will be introduced to the elements of a personal yoga practice. Basic postures, breathing exercises, and yogic philosophy and lifestyle are presented in a safe, comfortable learning environment. Students often take eight weeks of this level before moving to deeper levels. Students are welcome to continue this level as long as they please.
Hatha Yoga for Deeper Practice
This class is suitable for any student who has completed a beginner series in any yoga tradition. Discover deeper intensity following the Kripalu practice of "Meditation in Motion". During the 10- week series, students dive deeper into the practice through slow flow sequences, often holding postures for a long time. Music, poetry, chanting, advanced breath work, and meditation blend to bring the student to a beautiful state of mind, body and spirit.
Yoga for Couples
Deepen the practice of yoga by learning to share it with your life partner. Nurturing contact, partnered breathing, and shared alignment of the body draws partners together in an attitude of respect and appreciation. All partnered couples welcome.
